1. Data controller

2. Data collected

• Contact conversation: the channels you use, your message volume, who replies, your reply time, what weighs on you most, the value of a customer (or the calculator figures), then your name, email, phone (optional) and chosen time slot. Your answers are saved as the conversation goes, including if you don't finish it — this is stated at the start of the conversation.
• “Inbox zero” calculator: your figures stay in your browser; they are only sent if you then continue in the contact conversation.
• Booking: name, email and time slot, sent to Cal.com to create the invitation.
• Audience measurement and advertising: only if you accept them in the cookie banner (see the Cookies page).
• Hosting technical logs (IP address, browser, date), needed for website security.
• Abuse protection: an encrypted (non-reversible) fingerprint of your IP address is kept for 24 h to limit automated submissions.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Replying to your request, preparing a proposal and arranging the meeting: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Keeping unfinished conversations to understand needs and improve the journey: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object at any time.
• Audience measurement and advertising: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via “Manage cookies”.
• Invoicing clients: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Recipients and processors

Your data is never sold. It is processed by the following providers, only for the purposes above:

• Vercel (website hosting) — United States.
• Supabase (request database) — European Union (Ireland).
• Resend (sending request emails) — United States.
• Cal.com (booking).
• Google (Analytics, Ads) and Meta (Pixel) — only with your consent.
• Transfers outside the European Union are covered by appropriate safeguards: European Commission standard contractual clauses and/or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified.

5. Retention periods

• Unfinished conversations (without contact details): 6 months, then automatically deleted.
• Contact requests and prospects: 3 years after the last exchange, then automatically deleted.
• Clients: duration of the contract, then 7 years for accounting records (Belgian legal obligation).
• Cookie choice: 6 months, after which you are asked again. Audience-measurement cookies: 13 months maximum.
• Abuse-protection fingerprints: 24 h.

6. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to jonathan@ajsrl.be: I reply within one month.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels (dataprotectionauthority.be).

7. Artificial intelligence and automated decisions

The contact conversation on this website is a guided, pre-written journey: no artificial intelligence analyses your answers. No decision producing legal effects concerning you is made by automated means (Art. 22 GDPR). The website demonstrations (phone, inbox) are simulations.

8. Security

Encrypted connection (HTTPS), database protected by row-level access control, access to requests restricted to a single administrator account.

9. When I work for your business

When I set up an AI that replies to your business's customers, I process their messages on your behalf: I then act as a processor (Art. 28 GDPR). The corresponding commitments are set out in the data processing agreement included in the terms of sale.

10. Changes

This policy may change; the update date appears at the top of the page. In case of a significant change, the cookie banner will be shown to you again.
